Shipping policy

We do our best to get accurate shipping quotes, but curling supplies is often shipped in large boxes (think brushes here), and no system is perfect. If you place an order and shipping quote is much higher than reality we'll simply credit your sale back the difference. If the quote is too low, we may have to charge you more, but we'll contact you for permission or the option to cancel prior to doing that.

We pride ourselves on having as much product in stock as possible and serving our customers faster than anyone, unlike some retailers who advertise, then have to actually order the products themselves before processing an order. Most orders placed by 2:00 pm go out the same day.
